1.Bottle mouth flash

2.Poor clamping
Poor clamping includes poor clamping of bottle blank and blow molding. The reason for its formation is similar to the flash at the bottle mouth, which is caused by the wear of the die.
3.Dark ring
There is residual information on the shoulder of the bottle. Think of a ring inlaid there. It is usually caused by uneven heating rotation and uneven tensile data during blow molding.
4.Impurities
There are impurities, black spots, foreign matters, non ablated particles, etc. in the bottle. The reason is usually that there is doubt about the data disposal before the injection molding of the bottle blowing machine. For example, if the mold part is clean, there will be black spots on the bottle. If the data particles are impure, there will be foreign matters and incomplete ablation. 5.Color and lustre

7.Fluorescence

This appearance becomes fluorescence. The reason of fluorescence composition is similar to bottom bias. It often appears at the bottom and shoulder of the bottle. Sometimes, when the blowing pressure is too high, it will also form fluorescence.
8.Bubble
There are bubbles inside the full-automatic bottle blowing machine. The main reason is that the dryness is not sufficient when it is dry, so that the plasticized data contains gas.
