2. The swing arm can be added once (3-4) days. The large chain and small chain of the heater can be used once a month. Frequently check whether the reducer of the main engine and the reducer of the heater are short of oil. The main engine bearing can be added once every (2-3) months.

3. Before production, check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose and fall off, especially where the impact force is strong, and whether the belt transmission part is abnormal.

4. Check whether the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply and water source are normal.

5. Check whether all emergency stop switches, safety door switches and protective device detection switches are normal.

6. Check whether the embryo feeding and embryo dropping parts of the heating head work normally. If the embryo insertion is not in place, the nut of the embryo pressing device can be adjusted.

7. Check whether the lamp tube is damaged or broken. Replace it in time.

8. Check whether each pneumatic element leaks and operates sensitively.

9. Check whether the triplet has abnormal air leakage and blockage, and whether the water storage capacity of the water cup is too full.

10. If the solenoid valve of the bottle blowing machine is abnormal, it shall be cleaned in time (once every 3.5 million bottles).

11. The bottle blowing mould must be cleaned and polished regularly.

12. When opening the high and low pressure air source switch, it must act slowly to prevent the air flow rate from being too fast, and the dirt is blown into the solenoid valve. At the same time, open the exhaust valve for 30 seconds to ensure that the air is clean.

13. When starting the machine, it must be ensured that the mechanical part is in good condition, and there is no person or foreign matter inside the machine. Especially the position of the handle to avoid hurting people. Close the safety door at the same time.

14. When starting the machine, the motor must be started first and the heater must be started with a delay of 30 seconds to prevent voltage fluctuation. Before starting heating, make sure whether the cooling water is turned on.

15. After warming up for (2-3) minutes, press the button after the oven temperature rises evenly. At the same time, the bottle blowing should also be turned on when it is powered on, otherwise it will not blow the bottle.

16. During the operation of the machine, pay close attention to whether there is abnormal noise, find it early, stop the machine in time and solve it early.

17. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to make emergency braking. Then analyze the causes according to the site conditions, find the problems and solve them quickly.

18. After the machine is in normal operation, do not put any part of the body into the machine to avoid injury by the manipulator. If the machine has abnormal noise, observe after deceleration.

19. After the normal production of the machine, the operator must always observe the bottle quality to avoid the bottle blowing quality affected by voltage fluctuation or other reasons.

20. During machine maintenance, press the touch screen fault maintenance button to ensure safe maintenance. If you need to manually observe the action of each mold cavity, please pay attention to the position of the manipulator. At the same time, be sure to understand the role of individual buttons, and then in the action. Ensure that misoperation causes unnecessary trouble.

21. After each repair of the machine, be sure to clean tools, screws and other things to avoid leaving them in the machine and affecting the normal operation of the machine.
