① Coarse adjustment. Loosen the four front nuts and their pressing plates of the pull rod to make the adjusting template move backward. At this time, the sprocket screw is tightly fixed on the rear pressing plate of the adjusting nut of the adjusting template without the rear end, so as to eliminate the gap between the sprocket nut and the rear pressing plate. At the same time, because the front nut pressing plate of the pull rod is loosened, the pull rod moves forward driven by the sprocket screw without reaction force, and the gap between the front nut and the fixed template will increase. When it is determined that all four pull rods move forward (the gap between the four front screws and the fixed template increases), tighten the front nut with uniform force, press the front nut pressing plate, and complete the rough adjustment of the parallelism between the moving template and the fixed template. Then, after quickly opening and closing the mold for many times, measure the distance between the moving template and the four corners of the fixed template and calculate the parallelism when the double elbow mechanism is fully extended.
② Fine tune. The fine adjustment method is to individually adjust the position of the front nut according to the distance measured at the four corners of the moving template and the fixed template to improve the parallelism. The process of measurement and adjustment often needs to be repeated many times. The following two points should be paid special attention to in the fine adjustment process: first, the accuracy measurement should be carried out after the double elbow mechanism is straightened. The damage of the mold adjusting mechanism of the blow molding machine mostly occurs during the high-pressure mold locking of the injection machine. The straightening state of the double elbow mechanism is closest to the mold locking state. After the mold closing action, under the reaction force of the forward movement of the moving template, the mold adjusting nut is close to the template, eliminating the gap between the mold adjusting screw and the template, as well as the forward gap of each moving pair of the double elbow mechanism, which is the most appropriate reference for adjustment; The first
